Mobile Events

Events have three distinct phases: before, during and after.

Prior to an event, a mobile phone can be used actively to send participants welcome messages informing them about practicalities such starting times, parking and transportation. Among the many services provided is making sure as few people as possible are late.

During an event, ask participants to interact with the speakers, comment on the topics (anonymously or publically) and take polls relevant to a given presentation. Results can be presented instantly, adding a dynamic, interactive quality to the event.

After an event, participants can be asked to evaluate the speakers of the day or the conference as a whole. They can be asked if they want to receive mobile or email based news about the topic of the day or other conferences, seminars or events. Digital rewards can be sent to participants to increase incentives to answer questions. If material from the event is available after the conference, participants can be notified about this and link to the relevant website, further increasing the exposure of your event and brand.
