Good can get better
For some time now Volvo KPV have been touring the country talking to retailers about their service philosophy. Like missionaries they have been promoting their seven step policy, handing out printed materials and holding lectures. This has been successful except that it’s hard to reach every single retailer employee on an individual level.
Engaging the staff
Using our mLearning delivery platform we designed a program for the recruitment of support personnel and service technicians. Recruits were engaged with a fully interactive training program complete with video and web content in addition to exciting competitions - all within the confines of their mobile.

We have demonstrated that such educational programs are a perfect fit for mobile - the ability to engage users regardless of their physical location has proven to be an extremely powerful asset for our clients.
